How does it feel to think about having a regular spiritual practice that helps you to be connected to God and to yourself? If you’ve ever been prescribed a strict regimen of Bible reading and prayer, it might feel a little intimidating. But what if there were more options? In this series, we’ll introduce a variety of Christian practices from different time periods and cultures to try out and learn which ones resonate with you!
